O'Hara Football has captured 6 Philadelphia Catholic League Championships in school history. There has been one perfect season in school history, under Chappy Moore in 1973, which was also the school's first Championship. O'Hara won back to back titles in '79-'80, and another in 1985, all under the leadership of Bob Ewing. The school's 5th title was captured under George Stratts in 2000, and its 6th came in 2004 under Danny Algeo.

Below you will find the year, followed by the win-losees-ties for that year. The Championship years are denoted with an asterisk.
